Wonderful yarn + great stitch pattern +16 or 24 inch circular needles = the perfect cool weather accessory!

In this class you will learn how to construct an impressive and unique, yet simple cowl. A stitch pattern and a few guidelines are all you need. This is the perfect project for yourself out of that skein of cashmere you’ve been eyeing, or a fast and easy knit using some of our new fall yarns for everyone on your holiday list. The cowl method is versatile, fun, very functional and the must have fashion accessory. I’ll bring stitch patterns and ideas to mix and match for a unique-to-you creation, you bring the yarn and needles and be ready for a fun and creative time!

Materials: approximately 100-150 yards worsted weight yarn. 16 or 24 inch circular needles in the size recommended for your chosen yarn. (You may want to bring a couple of different size needles if you have them, just to play a bit with gauge.) If you want a close fitting cowl, 16″ needles are great. If you want a big slouchy cowl, 24″ will work better.
