Pumpkin everything, orange, brown and red leaves, dark at 7pm, it's autumn! Seasons change and I'm always inspired. Color changes, layering fashion options and decorating the house for the coming holidays.. So fun. A friend if mine just moved into a cute new place and I wanted to give her a house warming gift. She loves to bakes and spend time in the kitchen... Pretty dishcloths are a perfect gift for every kitchen. We have really great washcloth yarns (like fantasy naturale, pima tencel) but I wanted something pretty and rustic looking. Rowan makes a really pretty recycled yarn called "Revive". The fiber content is pretty great; 36% recycled silk, 36% recycled cotton, 28% recycled viscose. It's sturdy and not real rough, which I like - even in a dishcloth. So far I can get two dishcloths at 6" X 6" in one skein, possibly three. I'm using one skein yellow and one a pinkish red. I'm also crocheting the edges with the other color. So fun and really fast! Can't wait to finish and wrap it up real pretty. I'll share the finished product And my pattern soon. Happy Knitting! xx Ash
