Hey there everyone, just checking in with you all to ask, how are your Leonies coming? Since launching our Leonie KAL
last Saturday, we have helped so many of you pick out yarn, and we can't wait to see all your finished Leonies start walking into the shop. For those of your who haven't started (or for those of you who want to make more than one), we've been having tons of fun putting together yarn combos for Leonie suggestions. Check out some of these breezy, lightweight combos that will knit into a Leonie ideal for the end up summer and transition into fall!
Use 8 skeins Habu A-111 Tsumugi Silk Combo
for a tweedy Leonie with lovely drape.
Use 4 skeins of Bio-Sesia 5 paired with 3 cones of Habu A-174 Cotton Gima for a super soft Leonie.
Pair 4 skeins of Bio-Sesia 5
with 4 skeins of Shibui Twig
to make a lightweight Leonie with some silky shimmer.
For a Leonie with all the softness of cotton, and the drape of linen, pair 3 skeins of Shibui Linen
with 4 skeins of Bio-Sesia 5
For a Leonie with some silk, we recommend pairing 2 cones of Habu A-1/N-85 Tsumugi Silk
with 5 skeins of S. Charles Nina
. The Tsumugi Silk has so many different colors to chose from, there is absolutely something for everyone.
There are so many different Leonies here at the shop just waiting to be knit up! We can't wait to see which ones you all chose.
