cocoknits Maude Pattern

cocoknits Maude is a fun layering piece. From the front she’s a simple tunic with optional pockets lined in sock weight yarn to reduce bulk. The back is open and the straps cross at the top. Very sleek and simple in design, the only seams are at the top of the shoulders.

Sizes

small (medium, large, 1x, 2x, 3x).

• Length: 28 (29, 30, 30, 31, 31)"

Note: The sizing is generous but can be adjusted by overlapping the backs more or less to get a smaller or larger bust measurement.

Materials

• 8 (8, 9, 10, 11, 12) balls Habu Linen Cotton Paper A-188 (56% linen, 44% cotton, 1oz/109 yds), or
• 750 (800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200) yds any sport to dk weight yarn that gets gauge

½ oz or about 60 yards sock yarn (calling for 8 sts/1") for pocket linings

Needles

• US 7 circ 29" or longer
• US 3 for optional pocket linings

Gauge

18 sts and 24 rows = 4" square in St st.
